“The 36 Watchers: Book I – Fall” by Dan Bar Hava will be exhibited at the Frankfurt Book Fair 2025, held 15–19 October at Messe Frankfurt. The novel will be featured at Hall 5.1, Stand D86 as part of the collaborative showcase by The Maple Staple and Inks & Bindings, who together are presenting more than 150 titles from independent authors around the world.

Spanning centuries of secrets, the story introduces Jenna Berg, a modern-day New Yorker thrust into the orbit of an ancient society said to guard humanity's survival. From questions about the crucifixion to the fate of the Titanic and the origins of World War II, the Watchers' hidden hand casts new light on pivotal moments in history. But as Jenna delves deeper, she discovers that knowledge carries a deadly price, and that losing even one of the Watchers could collapse the balance of the world itself.

Jerusalem-born Dan Bar Hava, who co-wrote the films Falling Star (Goyband) and Brooklyn, All American, now delivers his debut novel with the cinematic edge of a seasoned storyteller. “The 36 Watchers” marks the beginning of a larger series, with “Book II – Spring” already published and “Book III – Winter” currently in development. The saga continues to merge historical speculation with high-stakes suspense, asking readers to question the unseen forces that have shaped human destiny.

The Maple Staple, returning for its second year at Frankfurt and joined for the first time by U.S.-based partner Inks & Bindings, will spotlight Hava's thriller alongside titles across science fiction, memoir, poetry, and wellness. Visitors can also explore author highlights, giveaways, and a free audiobook listening corner at their stand.
